Nispira ships merchandise to locations across the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa. We also offer international shipping to a wide range of countries.

Domestic Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $24.99 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous U.S. (48 states) and apply to standard residential and commercial street addresses only. We use FedEx, USPS, UPS, Ontrac and Amazon Logistics to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery service. Please note that PO Box addresses may not be eligible for free shipping due to carrier and size limitations, and additional shipping fees may apply for PO Box deliveries or oversized shipments.

  • Standard Shipping: Orders under $25.00 will incur a shipping fee, which varies depending on the customer's location. Delivery time typically ranges from 4–7 business days nationwide.

  • Expedited Delivery: Most orders are shipped within 1 business day and received within 2–5 days for the contiguous U.S.

  • Signature Requirement: Orders over $100.00 may require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

  • International shipping fees will apply and vary by destination country.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Please note that certain products sold on our website are fulfilled by third-party partners, such as Coffee Beanery. In these instances, shipping charges may still apply even if the total order value exceeds $24.99. This is due to the fact that fulfillment and shipping fees for these products are managed independently by the third-party vendor. As such, these charges are not covered under Nispira’s standard free shipping policy and are billed directly by the fulfilling partner. We advise customers to review their order carefully at checkout, as items fulfilled by third-party partners may be subject to separate shipping terms.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all merchandise pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Customers can track their orders 24/7 through their Nispira account or directly via the shipping carrier's website.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request to cancel an order by emailing support@nispira.com with their order number.
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. However, if the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
